She was very proud to tell everyone at dinner she made it all by herself.<\/p>\n<p>I set the frozen peaches and berries to thaw in the frig or on the counter. Then I placed the fruit on a cutting board and easily chopped with a\u00a0bench scrapper. This is a great, kid-friendly way for kiddos to safely chop up fruit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I used Stacy\u2019s Cinnamon &amp; Sugar pita chips. They are hard to find. I found mine at the Hy-Vee HealthMarket. In times when I can\u2019t find them, we use graham cracker.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m a big fan of Stacy\u2019s pita chips. 1) Because she has the same name as me and spelled correctly. 2) About 10 years ago, she sent a variety pack of pita chips and it was addressed To: Stacy, From: Stacy\u2026how cool is that?! Just because I had the same name she found me and mailed me goodie package.
