I think I\u2019ve had my Instant Pot for now two years (Black Friday deal) and it has definitely taken me awhile to really love this new appliance. I\u2019ve been finding little tricks with the\u00a0Instant Pot\u00a0to save a bunch time when I\u2019m making dinner.<\/p>\n<p>And this meal idea is super quick! Gut health is a very important topic and becoming a little trendy, too. I guess that\u2019s good because people want to feel better!<\/p>\n<p>Now, I\u2019m sure if you make your own sourdough bread, there may be more benefits, but using it for garlic bread is nice variety for something different.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, you could always skip the noodles and use zucchini noodles, but honestly it\u2019s not the same \ud83e\udd23. So why not have zucchini with some noodles\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Zucchini is rich in antioxidants that are extremely helpful in keeping the eyes, skin and heart healthy plus it has been shown to help decrease the risk of a variety of cancers.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>Tomatoes sauce or marinara sauce is high in lycopene. Think of lycopene like a sunscreen for your skin. Lycopene has been linked in preventing prostate cancer.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>*Cooked tomato products such as sauces, pastes even ketchup have been shown to have higher levels of lycopene than fresh tomatoes.
