Tuesday\u2019s snack idea comes from my pantry to yours\u2026 I went shopping yesterday and came across a wonderful little snack apple that I haven\u2019t seen in awhile. They are called Rockit apples with a burst of flavor!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

They are the cutest, petite apple that pack a punch of flavor. A perfect snack for kids (and great for adults, too). They contain 65% more potassium and 10% more fiber than the average apple.\u00a0Rockit apples.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Make it a complete snack with a little cheese, pretzels and even snap peas crisps. If you are wondering about the snap peas crisps, the first ingredient is green peas and a serving size (22 crisps) contain 4 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein. There are a variety of flavors that taste like your favorite crunchy chip.<\/p>\n
