I share this recipe with you all so you may have a similar experience at your dinner table.<\/p>\n<p>My favorite tip in this video is using a\u00a0<em>bench scrapper<\/em>\u00a0as a safe and easy cutting tool for kids.\u00a0 I added a link on Amazon.\u00a0 I got this for a wedding gift thirteen and half years ago and will always use my bench scrapper for this recipe. Cut tortillas into four parts using a pizza cutter. Place pieces of tortillas on a greased or lined baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Brush tortillas with oil and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake until lightly golden brown and crisp, about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
